driveby YouTube post!
Sep. 26th, 2010 23:39I still don't have my own internet connection, so. ._. But it should be here this coming week, and in the meantime I've been leeching lobby internet to keep up with you fine folks. I don't have much to report anyway, so my glorious return might not be as glorious as you're assuming it will be.
But for now, some non-Japanese, non-English music videos! (NO CUT because you should watch them all!) Well, except the first. But it doesn't really count?
The piano version of "Happiness" from Yamada Tarou Monogatari. Shame of all shames is that they don't put any of the "Happiness" iterations on the drama soundtrack, so I have to depend on lovely people like YouTube user buko120 to provide the music for me. Definitely my favorite version of the song besides the actual song.
Miss A's first single, to celebrate the release of their second single, which I do not like as much! But it's still fun (the second single). Just not the kind of thing I'd watch endlessly and pant at, as was the case with the first single. And speaking of songs I watched endlessly, there's
, which I watched a lot because Liz and I wanted to sing it for the Chinese New Year party last year. (Also, the music video is so silly.) Ultimately, though, when we pitched the idea to Simon and Greg one amazingly fun night in my dorm room accompanied by several shots of Captain Jack and Southern Comfort, they poo-pooed it, and we ended up going with
, which is just so sad and cute and classic. It turned out that a bunch of other people had been planning on singing it, so we all sang it together in an epically epic group of wonderful folks. ♥ Ahh, such good times.
(I've been nostalgic lately. As you can tell.)
