Finally, part three. I know you all have been seizing in impatient anticipation.

Part 1 - Arashi's Fight in Kokuritsu
Part 2 - Concert: "OVERTURE" to "Still"
Part 2.5 - Concert: "Still" Moment, Take Two

Part 3 - Concert: "Lucky Man" to "Kaze no Mukou e"

"Lucky Man"

It started like any other song, with Sho, pointing and yelling, eyelids squeezed together as if his eyeballs were in danger of falling out.

... I was going to try to keep up the narrative, but nekkid!Jun upsets me too much. I will give him credit this time, though. This is already the thirteenth song (if you count "OVERTURE") -- usually he's wiggling bare-chested far earlier.

I love watching him move to the music. It's like hydraulics.

Yah!

I love how Nino and Aiba end up sprinting to barely be there in time to jump into the dance. This concert is full of win, no lie.

(I took this screenshot just so that I could make a nasty remark about Jun. Also not a lie.) He looks like such a creeper here.

Every once in a while Aiba demonstrates his amazing ability to look "kind of like some woman I know".

The shawl thing around Aiba's waist didn't look so silly until just now.

I'm weeping inside because the first thing I noticed was how nice Jun's butt is. Whywhywhy. D:

And then he turns around and his shirt is still unbuttoned and I choke back an involuntary gag and all is right with the world. :D

I'm sad that these shots are so fuzzy, but I guess Nino's light is just so bright that it confuses the camera and makes it difficult to focus.

... I don't know, I'm tired.

Ohno's tilting over like he's singing to children on a television program in a silly costume.

Nino... my heart, you stole it, please give it back.

I'm sorry to say that both Sho and Ohno are accessories in this one.

I'm really curious as to who comes up with what goes up on the big monitor. Also, how much he drinks and/or smokes and/or otherwise "enhances his senses" before he comes up with it. (With any luck, it's Jun, and this ends up being another jab at him.)

This for me is akin to Ohno's favorite moment of excitement, right when he's breaking the chopsticks apart before digging into ramen. You know something fantastic is going to happen, and you're just waiting for it.

:D

He looks so sad and lonely. :(

Ahhhhhh Nino, why are you amazing?

Refer to previous question.

From this angle, you can almost forget that Jun is baring his soul to the world. It'd be interesting to strap him to the front of a car on the highway and see how much he picks up.

I'm pretty sure this is an obligatory-because-I-was-neglecting Aiba shot.

Why do I do this to myself, really?

More gratuitous Nino.

And a set of the stage, which remains shiny and delightful.

... more gratuitous Nino. I would make a joke here about Ryuusei no Kizuna, but I know at least one drama-watcher on my f-list who wants to watch it eventually, so for her sake I won't say anything.

All right, cute. And he's so into it. ♥ Meanwhile, this is only somewhat related, but I just recently found out that a friend of mine is an "Aiba-ichiban" fan. It kind of weirded me out because all of the other Arashi fans I know personally don't really say much about Aiba. But hey, he has his moments (he can be so ridiculously funny in their variety shows), so s'cool. As long as you aren't Jun, I will support you.

But seriously, lookit. Fwah. ♥

I haven't mentioned it yet, as far as I remember, but I do like the simpler hairstyle on Sho. (ETA: I think I did mention it earlier, actually, but whatever.) Yamada Tarou-era flippy-outy waves make him look like a tool.

Usually I wouldn't make comments about limp-wrist moments, but Nino has his fair share of them. At least he's not gross like Jun.

More shiny rainbow stage! Also, I realized that it's probably going to be harder to have man spots now that the audience is shrowded in darkness, etc.

You can see the hair on his arms. Cool. I like having nice DVDs.

Two more of Nino. I like how he stands sometimes.

"Take me faraway"

KYAAAAA. ALSO. I'm going to talk about platforms here. I really like it when they come up/go down on platforms. I'm finished talking about platforms.

I don't really know what you're wearing, but you're beautiful. ♥ At this point he's already singing, so that's the thing that my five senses are tuned into anyway.

The way he moves. The way he moves.

And the way he sings. ♥

I don't know so much about this part. A little cheesy, maybe.

Kind of a weird shot, maybe, but I really wanted to say something about the way he says "tsutaetakute" here. I realize it's a function of Japanese that the "u" in "tsu" is silenced a little bit, but Ohno in particular makes it sound like a hiss, which is so nice to listen to. Yeah, I dunno.

And the way he waves his hand around here. No, you're not acting like a bitchy fifteen-year-old girl with that hand motion.

Here's the thing about taking so many screenshots -- as much as I love commenting on Ohno's solo (which, compared to the rest, is probably the one I would comment on most (Nino and Sho are static for the most part; Aiba I don't have that much to say about regardless; Jun... actually, I might be having a bit of fun with Jun's)), I'm bound to run out of things to say eventually.

The screenshots don't do his dancing justice. ;_;

This was a cool moment, when he glided down the steps and kind of expanded with the music.

Outfit talk: Ohno looks good in shiny materials. The broad-shoulder vest-like article he's wearing maybe isn't the best for his frame (as wide and sturdy and man as he may be, he's still a small little muffin). The gloves give him a nice, kind of low-class entertainer appeal. His hair is not part of his outfit, but it looks good on him. :3

His minions are there waiting for him!

"All right, ladies, let's work those buns."

Ahhhh I can't continue the narrative when Ohno's got his sexy singing-face on.

So here? Here is where I'm going to talk about Arashi's dancing.

Ohno is easily the best dancer in Arashi. It maybe isn't apparent when they're doing group dances and he kind of steps his way rudimentarily through the motions, but it's really obvious with the dances he choreographs for himself. He moves from one step to another with a fluidity and grace that the others lack. Probably true to his lazy, unmoving nature, there's no excess in his movements. It's just enough to hit the beat, just enough to slide into the next. Every part of his body is incredibly flexible, and he does a good job of exploiting that and letting body parts swing into each other. But everything he does is also so economical. He's in complete control of his body that he can move it without extra flailing, but there's also that sense of power and confidence, so when he just barely hits a step, you know that it's intentional, because that's all he needs to do to make it work.

The others certainly aren't bad, but they all have a bit of extra dance to them that takes away from the grace of their movements. Sho barely seems to hit the mark sometimes, and especially in poppier movements, he doesn't lock into place the way the others do. Aiba has a long torso that he tends to bend quite a bit in dancing, which is definitely fun to watch but also a little distracting. (He also does that thing where he puts all of his fingers together like he's clapping his hands and he swipes through the air while going through dance steps. I don't know how much I like it.) I think I like Nino's and Jun's dancing equally well, since they both are very good at 1) remembering dances, and 2) hitting each of the steps with a good amount of energy. But again, they lack the grace that Ohno possesses. Nino uses his arms and shoulders too much, which maybe helps to make up for the fact that he's such a scrawny little fellow. Jun uses his wrist, legs, and head too much. He's like a bobble-head with all of its limbs broken off but still attached by the paint.

Shellie mentioned that of the Johnny's groups, they probably are best at dancing together, and that seems pretty accurate to me. They're all pretty good dancers individually, and they've had ten years to come into their own styles of dancing that by now only look natural when accompanied by the others. And I can't claim to be a connoisseur of dancing beyond jumping around and singing along to that song "Everytime We Touch", but I do know that there is something nice about the way my boys dance, even if it is the goofy Johnny's choreography they're dancing.

Singing Ohno is amazing.

"Itsumademo~" That man is on point. Shit.

All lights on him. ♥

More singing and dancing Ohno!

The backup dancers look a little silly here. And somehow when Ohno's doing the same thing, he looks totally hot. Biasbiasbias.

The last dregs of solo. The dancers slip silently back into anonymity, and the lights flare one last time before dimming on the figure of a man sitting on a chair. He looks all dramatic and crap.

"Niji"

Foreword: Even though Nino literally just sits on his ass the entire time, I took a good amount of screenshots because I love this song and he sang the entire thing (as opposed to only parts of it) and NINO IS MY ICHIBAN and stuff like that.

I suppose I was a little disappointed at first when he didn't sing "Gimmick Game" instead, but in the end I'm glad he sang "Niji". This performance is better than the Time performance in virtually every aspect.

Guh, he looks so good.

Oh, Nino, emote more. ♥

Crappy screenshot, but I'm keeping it because I haven't cut any screenshots yet, and it'd be weird for me to cut this one because it's Nino.

Even though Nino's piano part is a simplified version of the actual piano part for the song, I still find it immensely impressive that he can play and sing at the same time. I just... can't do that. (Then again, I guess for me it's hard to sing when I'm using my chin to clamp down on a violin, but still.)

♥ Nino and his superfluous glasses.

I've always wondered why singing right up against the microphone doesn't get the noise from the actual contact, but I'm sure there's something in the way they're made that makes it okay.

Close-up. Dramatic pan in.

Kind of looks like a disgruntled old man here. Wait, he is a disgruntled old man.

The "tender" moment in between the verses and the bridge where he plays slowly might be my least favorite part of the song, but I still like it. (It was achingly slow during the Time performance. I wanted some obnoxious fangirl to streak across the stage.)

Hands! When you compare them to Ohno's gorgeous masterpiece hands, they look a little silly, but Ohno has called Nino's hands cute, which is also true.

It's times like this, when our favorite sniping brat has written literally the sappiest love song lyrics in the world, that make me realize just how complex he is.

"demo watashi ni dake yo~" Ahhhh, Nino. ♥

Beautiful, sweaty Nino. Also, I like that when he sings "n", he ends up singing "m" instead. (Aiba does it, too, sometimes.) "sunao janaimdakara"... something like that.

And then he drops the lyrical bomb: the waiting and pouting and bumping umbrellas and kissing? It's all happening on their wedding day. Amazing. Amazing. I think I cried the first time I heard the song and realized.

And then his sexy concentration face.

I love the part where the audience sings along. ♥

Outfit talk: Glasses? Check. Vest? Check. Red hot pants aren't on my list of fetishes, but he looks good in them. The accents on the vest and belt are a little loud, but they're almost high-class, so it's okay.

Rainbow! :D

He suddenly looks like he's missing something without his glasses, but eh. Still pretty.

Oh, Nino. My heart. It has multiplied, for you. ♥ ♥ ♥

"Smile"

Out comes Aiba! (= Aiba comes out?)

Sho is so cute, clapping like that.

He looks like he's spacing out already, but really he's just thinking about how pretty he is.

Aiba is less covert about his thoughts on his attractiveness.

But Jun takes the vanity cake, eats it, and craps all over the rest of them when it comes out the other end. That's how much he dominates in that department.

I kid, I kid. He's actually kind of cute in these shots. I think the lack of winking and squirming enhances his features somehow. You know, makes him decent to look at or something.

Oh-chan is always decent to look at, especially when he's wagging his fingers at the audience and he still has his game-face on.

Aiba looks quite natural in the V position.

And his uchiwa smile back lovingly.

"WAVE"

Nino's back! Took long enough... goodness, I missed you.

Jun is a little disgruntled to hear the news because he knows that my nice streak is over now that the true object of my affections has returned, and I'll go back to making fun of him.

Sho shows off his waiter arm,

but then he turns into a giant turd and tips everything over.

Meanwhile, Aiba has lost the use of one of his arms completely.

Resist the squirm, Jun. Resist it.

Nino readies the audience. But shouldn't you spread your fingers once you're inside? Wow, sudden R-rated moment, sorry about that.

And the audience is on its way!

I really like how they don't stop in the middle of the song to do a minutes-long wave session. It works intermingled with the song much better, though I do miss how Nino verbally abuses Aiba some more.

Jun airs out his pits, but he forgets that they're not still singing "Smile" and bares his teeth in a weak semblance of a happy expression.

(Sho starts looking a little older here.)

As long as Aiba continues to glisten like a Christmas ham, he'll probably look young and fresh.

Nino gets in some good finger-play. :D

Jun works on his aerobics. He keeps forgetting that he's in front of an audience, unfortunately.

"CARNIVAL NIGHT part 2"

Sho finally comes back, towel over his arm, ready to clean up his mess.

Jun flails impatiently.

Augh, why can't I stop taking screenshots of him? *_*

Riida, long time no see! I'm sorry I neglected you. Also, I'm proud to announce that you managed not to be an accessory in this screenshot.

Man between Ohno's legs? Anyone, anyone?

Outfit talk: They were going for maximum kirakira effect this time, and I think they did all right. I like the long coats, though they seem a little... heavy? I like how they get to wear random shirts inside, though as is often the case, Nino opts for a little something-something with sleeves. It's because he doesn't want people knowing that he actually has armpit hair.

Ohno, yay. :D :D :D

Sho, yay. :D :D :D

AHHHHHHHHHHH HAPPINESS YAY.

I'm glad for once that Nino is out of the frame. If Jun were blocking Nino from view in this picture, I might actually hate him.

Why are you so beautiful? No, really. I want to know. Your mother must be a bangin' chick.

They're all getting ready for...

the confetti! Yay!

It's all so bright and colorful. It contrasts nicely with their outfits. Well done, folks.

Look how fun it is. It's like I consumed everything in my fridge (currently: beer that doesn't belong to me, tuna, cheese, and garlic), chugged some food coloring, and threw it up.

Confetti Ohno is cute.

Confetti Nino is cute.

Confetti Arashi is cute.

Confetti Nino is still cute. There is no one else in this picture.

Triumph!

MC

I think they're gauging audience excitement here.

So the stars of the MC are going to be Sho and Nino because I'm pretty sure they talked the most.

Somehow, even Nino became an accessory to Nino.

Sho says something with a look of wonder on his face.

Nino may not even be saying anything here. I just like looking at his face.

Aiba's looking at his face, too. Maybe. I don't know. It's been a long time since I took the screenshots, and I don't quite remember what everyone says in chronological order. Imagine that.

Not quite a hair-primp, but Ohno is quite preoccupied with his outfit.

Sakuraiba vs.

Ohmiya. Guess who won.

BTW, I don't really have any Arashi OT3s because beyond any fanservice that Arashi dishes out, I really genuinely believe that there's something special about Ohmiya's relationship, even if it's something as simple as a really close friendship in which they have lots of hot, dirty sex within earshot of the other members to make them feel uncomfortable.

Nino, look bitchier. ♥

Ohno hair-primp #1.

When Ohno talks, people pay attention because for once, Ohno's talking.

I frankly don't care what he's saying as long as his hair stays like that. So fluffy and delicious.

Sho tries to primp and be cute, too, but no one cares. (Also, when did I start dumping on Sho so much? I think Cami's inner Sho-basher might have caught up with me.)

Jun's joke is pretty funny.

Sho weepingly denies.

But Nino and Ohno get in on the action. Sho's really good mockery-bait, apparently.

"Teehee, just kidding. We love you."

"Get out of my life."

"... what's your problem, bro?"

Hahahahaha, I love the part where he imitates his father, because that's just the kind of old man he is he's going to be in the future.

Glimpse of the future over.

Sho's over hating his bandmates. How mercurial.

I bet beyond the frame of the camera he's primping.

No comment. (I kind of dislike how "no comment" is often taken as a negative thing. What if I really have nothing to say?)

Ohno. So old but so cute. ♥

The middle child and youngest child don't understand his appeal.

Nino does his best to comprehend.

Sho uses some outdated terminology and they discuss it for a long time.

Ohno hair-primp #2.

Sadly this is a very interlaced screenshot, but he's still pretty. :D

Guh, your hair.

Sho says something. (I don't remember what's happening at this point.)

Sho, Aiba, and Nino line up to create their goth-kirakira sentai team.

Ohno's the evildoer, doing evil and stuff.

Jun is the wormy evil sidekick, trying to intimidate the sentai team with his wavy locks and purple outfit, but it has little effect on Nino.

"You've got to do better than that if you want to defeat us, Super Oyaji Man!"

"Huh? Okay, how about... that?!" he yelled, pointing his finger.

He stared blankly when nothing happened. "Where was my Bite of Crippling Old Age?!"

Sho laughed. "You can never defeat us, old man!"

Super Oyaji Man fell to his knees, and suddenly the sentai team was filled with a sense of compassion.

"Forgive me, sentai team!"

"Well, rest up, old man! Live your life peacefully and with many fish!"

They watched Super Oyaji Man warmly. (Jun at this point had defected because he's a little bitch.)

As the story finishes, Sho expresses his delight at not being the oldest one in the group.

Nino, moved by love, suddenly decides to side with Ohno.

Ohno's expression is full of gratitude and love.

Jun decides that next time, he'll take Nino's place on the sentai team.

Ohmiya's fine with that.

Sho's a little sketched out because he doesn't want to be on the same team as Jun.

Ohno and Nino tell him to stop being such a whiner.

Aiba and Nino start a disco dance. (... My comments at this point are such non-sequitors that I don't even know what's going on anymore.)

Haaaaaa, Nino has such a scrunchy face. ♥

The boys decide to head out.

Aw, laughing chubby-cheeks Ohno.

Sho is not amused.

Awesome, awesome shot. I really like it. Too bad Jun's not in it. (Though honestly, the only reason I care is because four is an incomplete set. Hahaha, I'm so cold.)

Good shot of the musicians, too.

Sho!

Jun! *forced smile*

Nino! :D :D :D

Ohno!

Sho again! (As always, Aiba is left out. Sorry, bud.)

The youngsters have a chat.

Sho makes-believe that his mommy is going to make him dinner.

Aiba... looks tired, I think. He ends up looking tired a lot. (Ohno has thought so, too.)

Sho bathed in light is nice.

And they gear up for the final song in this half of the concert.

"Kaze no Mukou e"

YAYAYAY SINGING OH-CHAN.

YAYAYAY DANCING ARASHI.

...

If Ohno were lined up a little better, this'd be epic. But it's pretty okay as it is.

Why do I keep taking pictures of him? He's so easy to make fun of. D:

My favorite part of this is how you can't really see Jun's face. :D

Hwaaaa. Also, musician in the back is pretty self-satisfied. Kind of an Ohno-esque smile.

Aw, his hand there reminds me of the adorable otter stroke from the TFP2 RnK SP. Also, I've decided to use acronyms AMAHP so that NCUM.

There's actually a decent amount of Matsumiya in this concert. Evil DoS + snarky bastard unite. ♥

All lined up again. I wonder who comes up with the costumes.

I don't know about you guys, but I really do like it when Sho raps. He has a good command of rhythm and rhyme and stuff.

Obligatory Aiba shot.

Look at how bright those stairs are! Awesome!

Okay, so there's a pickup line about pants being so shiny that a person can see his reflection in it. I don't understand it. Can someone explain it to me?

Clothing petpeeve: when sleeves and shirts are unintentionally rolled up. I like having all of my clothes straightened out. Once during mass in grade school, one of the priests had a small portion of his garment flipped inside itself, and I couldn't look at him because it bothered me so much.

Kinda looks like a fatty here, though it's healthy-looking compared to his current shell of a self (for The Quiz Show purposes, I guess).

:D

And we end this segment with Sho and his pit hair. Apologies to Cami.

INEZ, this pains me, but. i refuse to look at this until i know your paper is done.

>(

(lulz, although i do see the sho "kinda looks like a fatty here. . ." comment right above the comment-box & i disagree.

i have never liked sho more than his current, ano. incarnation. and i liked it v. much when ohno was malnourished last summer for maou. . . but i like jun and pretty much every other person in the world when they are squishy. does that mean, oh god, that i secretly hate ohno? oh god, existential crisis!)

shit i got off track. uh, yes. paper. >(

YOU SHOULD RE-LOOK AT YOUR CAPS BEFORE POSTING, SO THIS MAKES MORE SENSE. I WROTE IT LIKE A WEEK AGO.

:Dv

that screencap of sho looking 'so sad and lonely'?
well, i almost laughed up a lung. hee ho ho ho heeee ho ho ho hooo! yes, that's how i laugh.

. . . look. i didn't want to have to tell you this, but. but . . . jun is a transgender person. he's just proud of his hard-won body okay? wth is wrong with you? i thought you liked the T. D:

p.s. i think you 'hate' jun like i 'hate' sho. crasturbator.

about short hair, i usually agree, but sho's kamiyama hair is orgasmic. not that i care. it's just a good hairstyle, ok?

(silent) my sato-nyan. about the dancing; most japanese boybands seriously lack in that department. i'm a little jaded from years in the acrobatic k-pop fandom, perhaps, but one reason i disliked japanese boybands for long was their corny dance routines. but, ohno. he moves so well - i like to think he would have been one of those musical theater types if he weren't a johnny.

also: top secret.

oh, niji. uh. (stays silent) not a fan. but the glasses are always pleasing. OH SPEAKING OF:

Image

and, in case you haven't seen these, OBNOXIOUSLY LARGE PICTURES FOR A COMMENT TIME:

Image
Image
they all look so good. and i like to see sho with a simpering smile, anytime.

Image
jun looks gorgeous, admit it. yes, it's because his face is bathed in harsh light, and the magic of shooping, but still.

okay, back to the caps.

. . . i like it when jun kisses the camera (which he didn't do this go-'round, i don't think, but still. you've seen all the dvds). i also like it when he spreads his fingers inside nino YOU THINK ABOUT THAT OK? dammit, i wish i had a matsumiya icon so badly now. >(

oh n33n and his sleeves. he is such a lady. i love his little scrunching nose too. oh, and remember, nino said in an interview last year this his mother is ugly, and fat, like a dumpling. i was pretty annoyed by him, but perhaps that's how he's . . . affectionate? and also why sho and sato are anorexic now?

i love ohno's eyebrows. he looks like the evil chinese laundress in some racist '30s movie.

omg, ily! seriously, honey, i struggle with being an ohmiya tinhat every day of my life. sometimes, it makes it difficult to even get out of bed, take my kids to school, do housework. my fibromyalgia ohmiya meta-obsession flares up, sometimes sparsely, when i can actually believe they're ~just friends~, and sometimes i analyze for days without relief.

but there is hope. . . wait, no, there isn't. no cure yet, sorry. D: carry on.

i love when ohno imitates his dad during the mc as well. i didn't cry at maou. yr dad's a bitch, oh-chan, sry2say. and how could you not LOVE jun's adorable female-impersonating, sorry i'm late?

i-i actually do nino's mommy, i want hann-baa-guu :( bit all. the. time. nino is vicious in his mocking, but so darn cute. and jun is cutely enabling. with chee-- with cheese :(? and ohno - his face when he mocks sho? so sad and adorable - i would literally do anything he asked if he asked in with that look/ in that voice D: except for that. i would do-hoo anything for live, but i won't do that.

I actually really like Jun. I think he's fantastic, and pretty attractive ('cause let's be honest, that's what it comes down to). It's just that his concert personality is so not adorable like his actual personality, and that difference bothers me. It's almost out of habit that I make fun of him during concerts, but I think he's great otherwise.

Also, you really enjoy the word "crasturbate", don't you? So useful, amirite?

... I actually kind of dislike Sho's Kamiyama hair. He looks like he's balding on one side of his head.

The lack of being enamored by Japanese boy band dancing is definitely from K-Pop fandom. I've only recently been watching Korean boy bands, but shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit theydancesowell. (My friend also talks about how their bodies are so much nicer than Japanese boys' bodies, but I think so much of the fun is in the androgyny.) In the end, though, I do like the goofy dance steps. I can't even do that, so I have room to be impressed.

You don't like "Niji"? DE-FRIEND.

.......... glasses? REFRIEND.

Matsumiya. They make such a beautiful, bitchy couple. (In other news, I think I've matured. I'm usually all D: D: about when people in my OTPFORLIFE get paired with different people. Though thinking about it now, I still don't really like it when it's taken seriously. Hm. I dunno. I'm pretty sure Matsumiya would just be in it for the sex. Ohmiya has a true connection. ♥ Also, excuse the long parenthetical.)

Hahahahaha, Ohmiya tinhat illness. I'm there with you. We'll be admitted to the same hospital in a wing that's decorated with glitter along the walls and pictures of Uzbekistan and hamburgers and fish. And people will tell us that we're too obsessed with pretty boys who like other pretty boys, but so few people realize that much less an obsession and much more a debilitating disease that needs to be taken seriously, and in the end we'll have a throw-down that involves snapping and hip-thrusting and flicking our wrists obscenely until our hands fall off. C'mon, haterz, whatchuknowboutme? Bring it.

I cried during Maou. I cry a lot, though. Oh-chan was so gooooood.

Nino is vicious. That's why he's so delectable.

Eh! That's actually not my quartet. (If you got it from my LJ, it was an example video of what my quartet was going to perform. I'm not cool enough to have a video on YouTube with adorable grandparents in the foreground.) I have some recorded music files, though, even though they're not as exciting. I can sync it to a video of stick figures with photoshopped-on heads, if you're interested.

Also. I totally talk about my internet friends IRL (let's be creepy together yay!). I've mentioned you to my boyfriend a few times. Mostly he's jealous that I spend more time on Arashi than I do on him, but it's because he's not pretty, you know? Also, the whole long-distance thing is a damper on most attempts at spending time together. :/

. . .

(goes back and rereads post)

oh.

i see.

(defriends).

:Dv kidding bb. and i said "gf" but i meant "one of my best friends", anna. i actually drank half a bottle of sake and had an egg and spinach sandwich for supper, so excuse my weirdness.

oh well, i guess she'll have to take my word for it, though. no video necessary, as i would hate for you to get distr- WAIT PUT THE MUSIC TO OHMIYA PICTURES. huhuhu.

D: i wasn't aware that issac (his name, yes?) lived elsewhere! my best friend, [livejournal.com profile] immaculate lives in japan, and while it's not the same thing exactly, i sympathize 100%. it takes a lot of effort to keep up that kind of relationship, even if it involves a person you love dearly.

unrelated: how much do you hate ashita no kioku?

and how much did you love this:

i especially love how nino acted so adorably giggly, and ohno acted like he wanted to be anywhere else, possibly including dead.

i have come to the conclusion that dearest satoshi is one of those boyfriends. i was overcome with the urge to track ohno down and tell him what's up. do you realize how precious nino giggles are? and you chose to act like the old asshat you are. do you want nino to leave you for kaname jun? do you want that!

^ an accurate transliteration of my disjointed english and inappropriate emoting. also, any ideas on how to make a cat go away? kristen's cat, foxy, is nothing like my cat ohmiya - she is always wanting attention, laying all over me, crying, licking, etc. it's driving me nuts.

WHY IS THIS COMMENT SO LONG. i'm sorry, inez. but god, it is so weird being home on a saturday night.

Nino giggles are maybe the best thing that has ever happened to Arashi. Top three, at least, though I can't think of what else is that good right now. I enjoy gyakukaiten, or at least when they crack up because it sounds so awful... aaaand that's Nino giggles again, isn't it?

Re: sniffing -- That was a great episode. I liked when the guest said that Nino has a "stylish" smell and he was all cocky and smirking and why are you amazing Nino oh God. (Also, my late American Lit teacher (high school junior year) used to call dating "sniffing". Probably goes back to how dogs sniff butts and hump legs, but he never really explained it. So classy, Mr. Gerencher. Rest in peace.)

Long-distance relationships suck balls. Period. Isaac is in Japan, too. He takes care of me and pretends to be interested in Arashi.

I kind of like "Ashita no Kioku". (We have really interestingly dissimilar tastes sometimes.) Still waiting for something gayer happier and more classically Arashi, though.

I wonder if something Pavlovian would work on cats. Maybe, like, pull up a particularly juicy picture of Ohno, and then kick the cat. (The point here would be to do it repeatedly, but if doing it just once gratifies you, then I suppose that would works, too.)
