Random question to the void: What foods or candies are especially difficult to eat?

I mean "difficult to eat" in that once it's in your mouth, it's hard to chew/swallow, etc. I don't mean "foods with formidable skins" or "foods that only grow in the primest of conditions when a red panda eats a caterpillar on May 3rd and poops it out into particularly fertile soil exactly six days later".

Inspiration was the milk dud that I'm pretty sure is going to be with me until I die.

Taffy and honey-based candies (think Bit-o-Honey) are always hard for me to chew, especially if they're not super fresh.

Ahhh, I always get so nervous that taffy candies are going to pull my teeth out, haha.

They don't have a mood that means, "I want to hear your fooding horror stories. Share them with me."

When we were teenagers, my kid sister had a gold crown pulled off a tooth when she bit into a Snickers bar. I'll never forget that.

inez, i'm in an awful mood, and unfortunately i have an hour to be on the computer before work, and i want to make a butthurt entry, but i am lucid enough to realize the futility of this exercise.

D: i am going to look at your caps now, but not leave my usual comment (you: omg, yessss), to try and convince myself to not hate arashi, because arashi =/= english-speaking fandom on LJ. but know i enjoyed them v. much ~in spirit~

as well: please recommend a new hobby to me that is not fandom-related. i try and distract myself from the internet as much as possible, but even when i am gone all day, and i crawl home at night, drunkenly, i feel the need to get a dose of fandom. perhaps i can replace this with fishing? meditating? knitting? watching films? (god forbid) reading (more)?

oh and i am like edward culent (current? cullth? cthulhu?) from twilight; i rarely eat (food that isn't hummus, salad). OH BUT IF YOU EAT CRAISINS WITH ALMONDS it tastes just like Fruity Pebbles, but without the calories/ guilt. :Dv

Sometimes it hurts my mouth to eat Cap'n Crunch. Also, super citrus-y foods are pretty difficult to eat.

My teeth have a co-dependent relationship with Butterfingers.

I find certain slimy foods hard to eat a lot of. Especially tororokombu, which I would be fine with never eating again.

I don't know if you're into the virtual touching (what?), but *hugs* anyway.

I was going to suggest reading as a new hobby. It's fun, man. I really miss reading for fun. This summer I want to finish rereading Animorphs. I learned so much bad animal biology from those books... they're my favorites. ♥

Cap'n Crunch is easily the sharpest cereal out there. I think I've bled from it before. D:

Ah, but they're so delicious. That said, I'm pretty sure I don't eat them in public because I always have to fish them out of my teeth right away. [cue a sad scene of Inez, eating Butterfingers alone in her room]

I... don't know what that is. Google Image search didn't help me. You'll have to introduce it to me sometime.

Those stupid M&M speckled eggs they had at Easter had wicked thick candy shells. We bought them for Simon but couldn't give them to him because we were sure they would cause him to choke and die. :/ Of course Mars made more money off of us because then we had to go and buy the regular kind as well.
