Eheeeeh...

Had to copy off [livejournal.com profile] silvermask once I realized that there wasn't a community for Taku Iwasaki yet. He's one of my favorites... underappreciated, I think. ^^;;

[livejournal.com profile] takuiwasaki! Go!

Also, I'm thinking of starting up a group to fansub Agatha Christie no Meitantei Poirot to Marple (Beth, you might recognize a few words in there). I can handle editing, QC, typesetting, and rough timing (the last two I haven't really tried before (I tinkered around with SSA and VirtualDub), but how hard can it be? Well, to be honest, the first two I haven't done as a part of a real fansub group yet, but I did apply to be a QC/Editor for Anime-Keep... I did pretty well on the tests but haven't gotten the official "welcome" or (as my recruiter put it) possible "ksrythxbye" yet). I just need a translator, karaoker, literal timer, and encoder. ~_~

Yeah, as if that'll ever get off the ground. -_- If anything, I can watch the episodes raw and go, "Oh, he said his name was Hastings!"

Adam, Adam. Sorry I missed you last time, darling. ;_;

I recogize all but that weird Japanese word. Unless "no" means something other than the English "no"..."negative" "not" "non"...then I don't recogize it either.

"no" is sort of like inverted "of" (or maybe like an apostrophe-s), "to" is and. "Meitantei" is a way of saying "great detective" (detective itself is "matantei").

Agatha Christie no Meitantei Poirot to Marple = Agatha Christie's Great Detectives Poirot and Marple
