shoes! shoes! omg, shoes!

Lately I've been trying to "dress up", as in not look like the frumpy college student that I am. Today I'm beginning the long and tiring and potentially blisterful process of breaking in these shoes. I've worn them a couple of times for concerts, etc., and I think they might be the tiniest bit small for me, but they were 90% off at DSW (probably for the Sharpie mark on the side; nothing a little shoe polish couldn't fix). Basically pretty cute for $10 shoes, even if I have to spend some time breaking them in. (And hopefully they'll get broken in. Oh, my feet.)

... um, yeah, basically a post as an excuse to use a new icon. You know how I do.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to find them super-discounted in my size. I'm really nervous now, though, because I've taken to finding shoes really cute lately, and the last thing I need is a closet full of $90 shoes that I'll only wear twice in my life.
