Thesis draft due Monday, take two.

I ended up getting an extension on my thesis draft, but of course I haven't had time to do anything for the past week.

That is to say, Cami came (saw, conquered). And it was awesome. No words for how wonderful a week I had. ♥

(Yep, that's all you get.)


And for the next couple of weeks...

- thesis (11/30, 12/18)
- grad school applications (12/2, etc.)
- Japanese manga project (draft 12/2)
- JLPT (12/6)
- Haverhistory term paper (12/11)
- piano listening exercises (12/11)
- piano (workshop 12/1, rehearsal 12/8, recital 12/15)


As always, absolutely nothing of substance in this post (procrastinatin' like a champ), but a pretty new icon. Nino pimp strut, yeah girl.

Currently I'm looking into East Asian Studies MA programs, on my way (eventually, hopefully) to a Ph.D. in East Asian Studies or a related field.

sorry for the pathetic text, but risten made me paranoid. she said, "when i hang out with a friend in person for more than two days, i wait a bit before i talk to them again." and so i called you on sunday, since that's when we usually talk, and you didn't answer. risten was with me then and she was like, "you pissed her off with your erratic behaviour! this is why we don't have nice things! if i don't get to meet her because you acted like a flake, i swear to god--" in that strain for like three minutes ahahaha D:

Also! I spent all day Sunday in New York going to/failing/weeping after the JLPT. So that's probably why I didn't answer.

i wish you weren't busy, i need to calm down. i just encountered some more backhanded homophobia in the fandom, and i feel like that, coupled with my shitty term paper (my inter-library loan articles have all been deleted, so i'm working from memory FUCK), is going to induce an aneurysm.

(whimper) i really need a drink. KANJUN AND I REALLY NEED A DRINK.

finally, are you going to be able to chat over break (when you're in the bends, or whatever)? need i insert a reminder about how i will be all alone on xmas eve/ xmas day? D:

(and BECAUSE YOU ASKED SO NICELY the drama my 'hey kids' kanjun icon is from is aren't you a criminal?, a mystery-comedy that is super predictable, but kanjun actually has comedic chops.)

p.s. the theme song for the dorama "super*looper" by YA-KYIM is so catchy. and, srsly, i think the drama is hilarious, but you could probably watch a few episodes (incl. the first and last) and get everything haha D:
