Tey's putting together a fan mail project for Maru to cheer him on for his leading-role-in-a-stage-play debut as Gilbert Grape! And since Maru is legitimately one of the cutest, sweetest, most wonderful guys in the company, I am all over this project, and I implore you to be as well!

If you care anything at all about Maru and you want to show him your support even the tiniest bit, please consider participating. It'll be such a boost for him to know that his fans all around the world love him and are rooting for him. I'm actually tearing up, just thinking about how happy he'll be to get the influx of fan letters. Ahahaha Inez what's wrong with you.

Anyway, please do it. Five minutes to jot down a "good luck" isn't much. A dollar for an international stamp isn't much. (In fact, if a dollar means that much to you, I'll pay you back for the stamp!)

Oh man I really want to do this but I'm really not sure when should I start sending it. I kind of worry if I send too early, it'll come too early and ... there's the traffic of Christmas/New Year mails and the possibility of it coming too late. Hmmm.

I mean, I don't think there's such a thing as "too early", so it's best to be on the safe side. The project includes the "Good Luck, Gilbert!" on the back of the envelope, so no matter when it shows up, he'll be able to link it to the others in the project.

Besides, we don't even know how often he checks his fan mail; it might just be that he picks them all up at the same time and there's a giant pile from this project (which is ideal, I think), so it might not make a difference if it's a little bit earlier than the others.

Butting in as the generator of said project - I'm going to echo the sentiment. Don't worry about timing. :D I think if you send it off at the beginning of January, it'll get there in time. If it shows up early, that's okay and if it shows up later, that's great too! The point is just to increase the amount of mail; love and support is appreciated no matter when it arrives. :D

Rachel was my favorite growing up, but when I reread the series as an adult, Tobias ended up being my favorite.
