Went to the Haunted House (just got back home). We ("we" being Caitlin, Neehar, D-Ray, Danner, Sarah J., Carolyn ("Boston"), the German exchange student, some guy named Brendan (maybe?), and me) met at Caitlyn's house, and then we all crammed into Neehar's minivan to drive up to the Haunted House. Gyaa, I haven't been there since, like, the seventh grade, and I still remember everything. Even so, I was scared crapless at times. !_! I love the Haunted House! We got lost a few times (like, we went in circles when we had to split up into groups of four or five), but a great time overall. Definitely worth the money ($8! Geez... I owe Neehar $8 since I went out and splurged all my money on Kino's Journey DVD 2 and Fushigi Yuugi DVD 2 (they didn't have Eva Platinum DVD 2... losers) a few hours earlier (my brother and I had to scrounge around for the last of our money just to buy the DVDs... I had $40, and some miscellaneous change, and my brother had 95 cents... With the peeler, we barely made it - I left Best Buy with 13 cents in my purse)). ~_~ Then we went to Taco Bell, since Carolyn'd never been there... I tried the new Mountain Dew stuff... crazy, man. O_o We girls sat in our little booth and talked about Stuff, the guys no doubtedly talked about Stuff, and then we went back to Caitlin's house. I wanted to stay so Caitlin could show us her movies, but I called mommy, and she's like, "You already went to the Haunted House, so come home." ;_; Oh, and we found out that Carolyn is not only good at art, she's a pretty good pianist, too. ~_~ Caitlin decided that the four girls would make our own little band for Battle of the Bands (no, seriously)... I'll play the violin, Carolyn, the keyboard, Caitlin, the guitar, and Sarah, the triangle. -_-;; It actually sounds like it'll be fun, though, so I'll see how this thing goes.
Even though I don't really hang out with most of them all too often, they're amazingly fun. Danner's hilarious, even if he's mean at times, and though I've had classes with him, I've never really gotten to talk to him until now. Aaaaand he had j-pop on his little music thingie we were listening to in the van. O_o;;
And in other news, the icon I used for a little while was Ilse's hand on Ilse's leg. -_- No one won.
Oh, and because you care, I set my computer to Japanese IME Standard typing rather than English typing! It screws up a lot when I'm editing scripts, but it's just a lot of fun, since I can switch between Direct Input and hiragana pretty quickly.
