ltgmarsCatching up on memes now that I have my own computer back, yay (there's also that "ten things you want to tell other people" meme, but I'll do that later). And there's also the matter of quickly commenting on the Hyoutei myu, so that's the second cut if you want to go straight there.
Ground rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "Five Weird Habits of Yourself" and the people who gets tagged need to then write a LJ entry about their five quirky little habits as well as state the rules of this game clearly. In the end, you need to list the next five people who you want to tag, and then go on to leave a tag comment on their LJ.
0. Each of my strange habits is readily identifiable, so these are what they are according to others...
1. According to just about everyone (online and IRL), I say "cute" too much. And according to Claire, I say it really strangely, too. Like "kyoo-tuh". Is my pronunciation of the "t" obnoxious or something...?
2. According to Beth, the height of my sexual excitement/"turned on-ness" is marked by some squealing and the mad flailing of arms at the lunch table. Which I guess is true. Oh, my poor future husband will never get laid...
3. According to Ping and Neehar, I make strange noises and hand/arm movements wherever I'm going, whatever I'm doing. And they make fun of it constantly... as do all of my teachers. :/
4. According to Carolyn, I'm the most entertaining locker buddy anyone can ever have, especially when I do the old "silently pack up my things, stop and turn to Carolyn, scream, stop screaming, turn back to my locker, and continue to pack up without another word" routine.
5. According to my mother, I'm just like her. :/ We both sing stupid songs around the house, and we both interrupt our own songs with little ditties from commercials. (Mommy today was yelling "Fabulash!!" in the middle of some off-key Christmas carols. At least I sing on key.)
If you can't picture my mom being that stupid, that's just 'cause you don't know her well enough. I'm just a big conglomeration of my family, after all. I get my sense of humor (??) from my father, my insanity (the good kind) and temper/stubbornness (though only my parents see it) from my mother, and about half my personality from my brother. My morals are mostly family-taught, though they've been strengthened as my way of rebelling against society, 'cause seriously, our generation is so messed up. ~_~;;

ONTO THE HYOUTEI MYU~
I won't say too much until Ayu-chan's seen it, but I do have to say GAH!! I love them all [Hyoutei, that is... Still not as fond of the second Seigaku as I could be...]. AND THEY ALL SING WELL (for the most part :P)!!!!! I can't decide who I love the most... It's down to Aoyagi (the perfect bouncy-bendy Gakuto), Saitou (Oshitari, complete with fully-zipped-up jacket and yummy kansai-ben), and Kamakari (a Shishido too pretty for his own good). Katou (Atobe) has a wonderfully aha~n singing voice, but he didn't really impress me as much as he could have. ^^;; Still quite good, though.
Actually, I'm pretty sure I love Kamakari the most right now. I wish I could say why, but Ayu-chan hasn't seen it yet...... (It has to do with Jirou and Gakuto, for anyone out there who's seen and knows vaguely what I'm talking about.) I don't know why I like that part so much (it's a bit ridiculous XD), but Kamakari's just so wahh!!
And his name is Kamakari Kenta. It just rolls off your tongue. Gah!!!
Oh, and the Ichinens' song completely pwns all of their previous songs. It's faaaabulous.
Oh, okay, one screenshot. But it's not a good one, and not spoilerific [I'll have a "nice" HyouMyu post once I know that everyone on my friends list who wants to see it has seen it].

But seriously, the musical's amazing. I'm seriously considering buying it (though DL1 still trumps it... now it's just a matter of money, importing, and... an R2 DVD player), even though it's the new cast and not my fuzzy favorites.
And yes, I will always have my bias. Don't try to stop me. :/
