Onii-chan complex?!
Dec. 4th, 2005 10:27I've been [sort of] catching up on Fushigi Yuugi lately (I finished the fifth DVD, which means I need to buy the last three to finish off the series ><), and I came to the semi-sudden realization that I have a terrible onii-chan complex. Now, it's not a brother complex ('cause I have a brother... that'd be weird), it's an onii-chan complex. Good onii-chans.

Ichigo's a good onii-chan. He yelled at Orihime's dead brother, saying that the older brother was born first so that he could protect the brothers and sisters that came after him. Oh, gah, Ichigo~ ;_;

Touya's a great onii-chan, even though he doesn't want to show it, but he does a crapload of stuff for Sakura (and he's constantly worried about her), so it's obvious. And he's so in love with Yukito.

Keisuke's also quite the onii-chan. He's willing to yell at a book in the library for his sister. ^^;;
And of course, there's an uncanny link between Touya and Keisuke... Why yes, they are voiced by two of the trifectum (Touya's voiced by Seki Tomokazu, and Keisuke's voiced by Miki Shinichirou... ironically enough, the Tsubasa version of Touya is voiced by Miki as well...).
Of course, Suwabe's been an onii-chan as well. Just... not a good one.

Somehow, the whole "driving an enormous sword through his sister's chest" thing threw him out of the "good onii-chan" category. But he's still quite pretty.
And he's so obsessed with Kamui.
Okay, that's it. Back to the regularly-scheduled program.

Another thing about Touya.
