Um, I have been wondering, how did you get the nickname Suey Kablooie?

My last name starts with an S (Su******, to be more specific), so when the guys in my class were trying to think up weird nicknames for everyone (this was some time around 6th grade, I think), one of them said "Suey", and another tacked on "Kablooie" (I think he said it was the name of a book or something). There aren't many people who call me Suey nowadays (I can think of four off the top of my head, one of them being the person who originally came up with the name), but it's there.

Cause you listed it as "silliest childhood nickname" in another survey, and it IS quite funny. It does sound like an incantation or something exploding. My childhood nickname (which NOBODY calls me anymore) was nowhere near as funny. And its story is rather boring- a relative could not pronounce my name (nor my mom's, nor my brother's, nor a bunch of other words) and called me instead Gigi.
