Which fansub group has the best BLEACH fansubs?

I'd been following Conclave's fansubs until the series was licensed. That's when (apparently) our translator dropped out, and since we at Conclave can't find a pseudo-active translator to save our lives, we dropped the series.

So. I'll be depending on another group's fansubs for episodes 50+. The question is... which of the four or five groups fansubbing BLEACH has the best fansubs?

Help, please. ><

I say it's Lunar. However Animesuki is not listing the subs for Bleach since it's already licensed. (And I stopped watching it after the Soul Society fiasco arc).

Bleh, I've always hated how Lunar did the weird slang-subtitles to denote tough speech, but I'll take your word for it. XD

And yeah, the Soul Society arc was a bit messy. Ichigo's so hawt, though, so that makes up for it. >_>

They all suck. The one that sucks the least, even though I can't stand their timing or their editing is Lunar. At least their tl is accurate.

Lunar dropped with the licensing, though, so there's only up to ep. 69 or so by them. After that, I'm getting DB. They all suck a lot, so it doesn't really matter who you get it from.

Don't you hate it when you can't find a good sub of a series anywhere? >< I never noticed anything weird about Lunar's timing (though admittedly, I never sat down and watched an episode of their BLEACH), but then again, I don't have the critical eye of an acclaimed timer. :D Still, I bet my timing's worse (I don't know how to scenetime), so I probably don't have room to complain.

Thanks for your help. :D

I was getting Lunar's until they dropped it. Now, I'm going with DB. They sub the fastest, and I have more faith that they'll stick with it.

Heh, speed is good when you can't seem to find value in anything else. >_> I wonder how DB translates/doesn't translate "Shinigami", though... :D

Thanks for your input, by the way. ^^

Um, Nez...

Trev's got a fansub group. They're doing joint with Doremi because they don't have a good translator. *cough*

However, Trevor and I can see if we can get our hands on some epps and sub them for you. We're good at timing, and my "interpreting" is accurate.

The name of the group is Deltaanime Subs... I'll start talking to Trev about it. I think he'll do it if I do translating for him.

Fansubbing is fun, ne? :D

I think I can just stick with the groups that're actively subbing the series, though I'm really curious as to how you guys would sub it. Still, please don't add a bunch of work to your schedules for my sake.

Thanks for the offer, though~! ♥

Hehe, okay then.

:3 Though, I'll see if I can show you some of the stuff we've done. Kyou no 5 no 2 is good...

:D Though, I'm more a translator check.
