Who wants to record Kamakari's/Katou's/Higuchi's radio show thing...?! I'm going to try, but as luck would have it, I'll be gone when the debut episode actually airs this weekend, so leaving my programs running may or may not work, especially since JOQR is patchy at best.

It airs 01:30~02:00 AM on Sunday (25:30~26:00 Saturday) in Japan, which translates to 12:30~13:00 on Saturday (EST), if I'm not mistaken. I'll be eating pot roast, whut? supporting Diki at Purdue all day Saturday, so I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best from PeerCast and FlashGet.

So yes, see if you can record it. And see if all your friends can record it. And see if random people on the street can record it. And see if someone in Japan can sneak into the studio and record it there. And hey, if you're personal friends with Kamakari or Katou or Higuchi, see if they can hook you up with a studio recording of it, too.

Really, there's no guarantee that it won't work for me, but insurance = good. (And realistically speaking, that isn't just for this weekend... having someone else record the thing every week would be helpful. But for now, all I'm desperate for is Saturday. ><)

I think the 25:30~26:00 thing confuses us all... >< It's 1:30~2:00 Sunday morning (Japan Time)... approximately 18 hours from now. It hasn't aired yet. (If you can try to record it, please do!)

I was about to cry (well, not really) when I thought that it's going to be aired on SATURDAY MIDNIGHT (or something), since it's around 11:00 AM here in Winnipeg (Central) and I'm at school. But if it's Sunday (Japan)... I can record it while studying for my finals.

If we can both record it each week, then we'll be able to get all of the episodes between the two of us and share with the masses (JOQR gets wonky sometimes, so it's best to have backup recorders). Are you up for it? XD

No problem. How are you going to record the show, BTW? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I dunno when I'll be back. The best option for me is to leave my iRiver on but that means I'm also going to record the earlier shows. >___>

I connect to the station via PeerCast, and then I record it using FlashGet (I have FlashGet on a schedule, so if I did the time conversion correctly, it should record the show with a five-minute cushion on either end). Sometimes the connection dies out, though. ><
