They're quick. And there should be something for everyone. Maybe. :D Actually, if I threw Harry Potter in there, there probably would be something for everyone, but I don't have anything to say about it at the moment, so... :/
Puri Puri D
Mildly cracky. XD Good ol' low-budget, seemingly-one-camera j-drama. Not as bam! as I expected, but hey, if you didn't haveany high expectations to begin with (as I guess you shouldn't, considering the nature/time/budget of the drama), it frickin' rocked. XD Besides, Kamakari looks scarily cute in a frilly pink dress, and that's the only thing I'm watching this for anyway, so I'm in no position to complain. :D
Won't say too much else because everyone who has any interest in it has already said it. Feel free to spam me with any leftover thoughts, though. XD
MORE TORISHISHI
I know you guys are getting sick of the ToriShishi spam already, but Sam upped the scan of my second commish, and I feel the need to share it. :3

I also commissioned a ToriShishi piece from Red Threads DJ that has to with one of my ToriShishi fetishes... yes, billiards. That and movie theatres are my big ToriShishi fetishes. And stick some glasses on either of them, and I'm a very happy fangirl indeed. :D
Agatha Christie
I'm continuing to slowly but surely round off my collection. I dropped $46.57 today, buying seven more Hercule Poirot books (which makes it 26/45 if you include the short story and compilation books... and it also leaves me with exactly seven cents in my wallet). After Poirot, I'm going for the Miss Marple books, then the Tommy and Tuppence books, then the other mysteries. Then I'm going for all the Mary Westmacott books.
Collecting Agatha Christie books is an expensive hobby, but you can't say that it's not worth it.
anime/manga/other buying list
And since I mentioned money, I may as well outline a buying list. This is more for me than anyone else, but I need to keep this straight.
Anime
Cowboy Bebop (DVD 3-6)
Fushigi Yuugi (DVD 6-8)
Genshiken (DVD 2-3)
Shoujo Kakumei Utena (DVD box sets 2-3)
Manga
D.N.Angel (6-10)
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne (4-7)
Kare Kano (14-21 or 22)
Other
*pnish* panic days 2 (which is in B5 format... WHY DID THEY CHANGE IT?! Now one'll be small and one'll be big... T____T)
FMA TV Animation Artbooks (2-3... curse my inability to have an incomplete collection)
Puri Puri D photobook (maybe...?)
And maybe some Tenimyu DVDs if I can manage it. Am I forgetting anything...?
Click starring Adam Sandler
Oh goodness, I'm such a sap for a good Adam Sandler movie. As with all of his movies, this one has a heinous amount of really crude humor, but it also has a really nice story... it was incredible. I cried for basically half of the movie (and this time, I wasn't the only one!). I dunno... it's cute, and Adam Sandler is absolutely adorable when he wants to be. ♥ Highly recommended if you can stomach his humor. ^^;;
Okay, I'm finished. :D

Date: 2006-07-01 11:47 (UTC)It made the pattern on the futon more grey than it really is. It's supposed to be a pale yellow check type of thing...
Why the hell did it grab that and not the little bit of transparency on the sheets? xD

Date: 2006-07-03 11:31 (UTC)D.N.Angel is kinda cute. I dunno. I'm so bad at summarizing/describing/reccing series. Read it if you want to, but it's nothing amazingly special (though, again, I've only read half of it so far XD).
