what a lovely KenKen day~

I feel kind of bad posting all happily and stuff when there are lovelies on my f-list with absolutely not-so-great things going on right now, but... eh... IT MUST BE DONE. Sorry. :(


So KenKen came in today. The real one, with a proper LCD and everything. I'm in the long, harrowing process of getting him set up. So many files to transfer, so many programs to install, so many settings to apply, etc. But it's fun. And he's cute. :3



Oh yeah. Picture taken with my new digital camera. His name is Ichigo, and he's a pretty little thing.

But yeah. On with the fangirl day.

After I started setting up KenKen, I switched computers and checked my friends page to see that Nico had posted something very nice and I literally start screaming and crying and flailing. In a good way. Ohgod. Loose ties are my #2 fetish after glasses.

And y'all know how I feel about glasses. Yomi does, too. Which is why, after an intense bout of fangirling on not-her-or-my-journal, she drew me megane!KenKen. And I died again.

And on an equally as fangirly (but unrelated-to-Kamakari) note, I went against my own vows and bid on three more auctions on Y! Japan. But they're all Cheap Soup ToriShishi DJ, and I'm limiting myself to nero-brand ToriShishi, so that's some form of restraint, right? :/

Oh I think I might believe. I'm going to convert and move the clip to my cellphone so I can watch it when I go away for the weekend...

I'd really like to see how the new writers tie everything together... I want L&L together in the end, but how is it going to work? ~_~

And yeah, same here. I waited for L&L to happen since season 1, then it did, and now everything's spectacularly falling apart. And don't anyone tell me that happens in real life, I like my happy fantasies just fine ><; Besides, it should work out for them. Christopher's had his chance(s) many times over. [(rant]

I tried the forehead-flick thing on myself. It doesn't hurt that much. I suppose it's more damaging if you couple it with the unavoidable blow to your pride after losing in janken to someone half your size. XD

Christopher, bleh. >< But there's no way we can get rid of him completely, because he's Rory's dad, so I imagine the writers are trying to find a way for L&L and C&L fans all to be happy. =_= If I weren't such a die-hard L&L fan, I'm sure I'd like C&L more, and to be honest, they work well together.

Yeah, I tried that too, but I figured it hurts more if someone else does it to you. Though the blow to their pride probably had something to do with it in that case, too. XD

And yeah, word. I had a fleeting moment somewhere in season 3 (or 2? I forgot) where I thought, well, it wouldn't be so bad if C&L ended up together. That was right before Chris found out he was going to have Gigi :p They do work well together, but...yeah, for years I've rooted for Luke so, damnit, they should end up together in the end.
