Many of you now know of what happened late last year to an absolutely wonderful person whom I wish I'd gotten to know infinitely better than I did, even if my relationship with her was only over the internet. Needless to say, it's been a very sobering day today. I just want you, dear readers, to know that I'm glad to have met you, no matter how well we know each other. You're all a part of who I am now, even if through the most insignificant circumstances. So thank you -- all of you -- for your friendship.

Rest in peace, my friend.

Indirectly, at the very least. It was Carrie (sailorsaturn) from grep. I worked as a Saturn senshi under her, and she was just terrific.

She had a heart attack and died late last month, unexpectedly. Undeservingly. But as trite as it sounds to say it, I really do believe she's in a better place now.

I never knew her. I never interacted with her. But I am praying for her and her family. I am so sorry to hear the sad news. I did not use the images much back then- but she did a good job with them.

It's really sad. :( But you're right, she is in a better place now... It's just a shame to see her go so soon even with that thought, though. At least she was loved... and by a lot, too, with all the people mourning her that knew her simply through the internet. It says a lot about how good she was.

Definitely. Even just the number of lives she touched over a sea of 1s and 0s is a testament to what a great person she was. I'm confident that if I'd ever met her and really gotten to know her, I would have been enamored by her that much more.

waow. i just used google and i found u. dunno if u still remember me though, it has been three years ago O_O. hehehehe. well....i'm vanessa from indonesia, when we met i was just going on thirteen and you were sixteen.
