Back from the dead... ish. I hope everyone's been peachy since my last stint on LiveJournal.

In other, better news, KenKen's back, too! I have lots of old blog entries to read... :D :D :D

朝寝坊してしまいました this morning. Completely slept through Japanese (I guess I needed the sleep), and later found out that my professor legitimately missed class because she was sick. (Unfortunately, the other professor taught the class, so I wasn't in the clear.) Otherwise, I'm in the process of figuring out what classes I want to take next year. As of right now, it's looking like:

1. Third-Year Japanese
2. First-Year Chinese (Mandarin)
3. Modern Japanese Literature (or some East Asian Studies course)
4. some Gender and Sexuality Studies course

We have to declare our majors by April 18th, but I'm pretty sure I've got it covered -- East Asian Studies major, Gender and Sexuality Studies minor. A far cry from the chemistry major I intended when I first came here, but I'm pretty happy. I'll be meeting tomorrow with the one Japanese-focus professor at Haverford (who will be on sabbatical next year and will be replaced by a Chinese-focus guy, haha, because we need more of those) to finalize things, and I'll be meeting with the head of the Gender and Sexuality Studies program to get that settled, as well.

I've been watching The Office like nobody's business. Zipped through three seasons in two days. SO GOOD. Am now embarking on the fourth season. Pam and Jim are adorable. ♥

Need to sell things (old, unsold doujinshi and stuff). Buh.

Congrats on finding a major! East Asian Studies sounds so much more interesting than Chemistry, so that's good! Glad to see you back babe, give me a call sometimes. I have a new number (I think? Don't remember when we last talked) that I will be getting to you in a few!

I took a course called 'Modern Japanese Literature' in uni. It was a lot of fun! (*dweeeeb*)

Many people have difficulty finding the right major and career for them. It was very tough for me- but once I did, I have excelled since then.
